Introducing: Tiffany Leather Collection

Tiffany & Co. may be synonymous with jewelry but that soon will change once you get to see their new leather collection. When I first learned that Lambertson Truex  filed for bankruptcy, it was not only a shock but also left Monogram Canvas Neverfullme feeling like a significant part of the handbag world vanished. My hope was restored soon after when I read that Tiffany acquired Lambertson Truex. Then I had to wait. The Tiffany Leather Collection does not disappoint. In fact it quickly surpasses my expectations, and it does so with confidence and poise. The sleek and streamlined bags are reminiscent of past Lambertson Truex designs, allowing the elegance and grace of each piece to shine through. While the designs master the combination of modern elegance with a timeless appeal, the finishing touches infuse Bridal Gownsclassic Tiffany touches. These finishes include custom-designed hardware, Tiffany Blue leather interiors, and Tiffany Blue enamel.

Rachel Zoe Project: “All the recipes say I have to stick my hand in a cavity.”

It looks as though our lovely relationship with The Rachel Zoe Project  is breaking up next week, but we should enjoy it while things last. After all, with awards season ending, we should have seen this coming. The writingMoncler Jacketswas on the wall. I blame myself.

Nike Dynasty High Animal Print Pack

What you see here is the Nike Dynasty High in two colorways that are animal inspired. It is somehow similar to the Nike WMNS Court Force High that is set in animal print. A pair of this basketball shoe arrives with an upperUGG Bailey Button boots that is dressed in cheetah printed midsection and a heel with the gold mudguard plus the ankle. It also has spots on the cheetah print which were adopted mbt shoeswith the lacing system that has the panel and laces set in solid black. It has a pop of the cheetah print that shows on the tip of the ankle collar strap along with a metallic silver swoosh that goes best with the white midsole. The second pair has the silver based uppers GHD Benefitwith some purple zebra print right on the midsection, the toe box and the lace panel. Tory Burch Spring 2011: Totally and Completely Wearable

Since we’ve been noting a clear move from monogrammed cute to sleek and chic in Tory’s shoes and bags, it’s no surprise that the Christian Louboutin Engin 120 studded pumps Spring 2011 presentation was nothing short of gorgeous. It also confirmed that the 70s really are going to be in style next spring – I know, I know, Marc Jacobs confirmed it too but Tory Burch has the power of mass appeal. Plus, her 70s-inspired pieces were paired with other items that gave them a decidedly Christian Louboutin Crystal T-Strap Sandalmodern twist. For example, bell-bottom pants were paired with things like a fine-knit sweater that reminded of Peruvian striped styles or just a simple long-sleeved tee. The shoes were pretty high, yes – giant-heeled espadrilles or high wedges – but there were easy sandals as well. Of course, the bags moved even more into the realm of minimalism. All of them had but a tiny logovibram fivefingers uk, instead allowing the bright color and shape of the leather to stand out. And the colors were perfectly modern while still preppy: think classic white, orange, bright jade green, and softly vibrant yellow. A striped and woven tote bag fit in with the more globally-inspired pieces, like the Peruvian-style sweater mentioned earlier, while a teeny straw and leather basket purse was just plain cute. Not only that, but Tory figured out how to make calf-length skirts flattering and wearable.

Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte Spring 2011 Shoes

In past seasons, Rodarte had shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood design some interesting footwear (think melting wax heels from Christian Louboutin Salethe fall 2010 Kirkwood for Rodarte collection). So, I was anticipating something different and was not disappointed with the Spring/Summer 2011 Rodarte collection . Rodarte designer Laura promised “every shade of brown you can imagineChristian Louboutin Sandals, seventies suburbia, wood paneling, gold, off colors like chartreuse—basically, a combination of all the things that represent the area [our childhoold backyard] to us” and this was evident in the hand-carved, sculpted platforms and heels that perfectly complimented the outfits.
